Manage in Command Prompt:
icacls C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Share /grant Everyone:(OI)(CI)F
Manage in PowerShell:
icacls C:\Users\Public\Desktop\Share /grant "Everyone:`(OI`)`(CI`)F"
